Product Delivery policy:
It is customers responsibility (obligation) to enter the correct delivery address at the time entering delivery shipping address or billing address details at the time of ordering. all our orders will be sent out to entered shipping address. Crystal Wallpapers are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense if wrong address is entered.
Crystal Wallpapers do not hold all the stock in hand, all out stocks are imported. we import all stock from other countries from all around the world order by order. We ship all order within 24 hours of it arriving at our place. Delivery will take on average 7 to 21 business days, If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us as soon as possible. it will customers responsibility to inform us if the order does not arrive in time frame. once we get request from customer about late delivery than we will lodge an enquiry to courier company to take correct action or deliver the product at customers door as soon as possible.
In the Circumstances:
Product is delayed and we experienced product is lost transit, we will not process the new order strait way or immediately. in the incident like that buyer and seller(Crystal Wallpapers) does not fail the constitute our agreement and does not means the transaction has to be cancelled or order has to be cancelled. Crystal Wallpapers is not responsible or liable of lost or stolen once the product is delivered to shipping address. We will use legal shipping Firm or company and will provide tracking details. Late delivery will not terminate our agreement or cancellation of order.
Returns & Refund policy:
If buyer mistakenly place ordered you can contact us. And if we have not process the order we will look in to it make refund or exchange. but if there is any transaction refund cost which buyer will have to pay that cost.
When the product is delivered and buyer found they ordered wrong product. in that case we do not offer refund or exchange of product. As we do not hold stock in hand. all our stock come from Various warehouses of different countries.
If your ordered extras and left over product (unopened, unused) we do not offer refund or exchange. Unless Crystal Wallpapers has guided you to buy the certain number of items
We do not accept refund or exchange if buyer change of mind.
Our packaging team always aware to pack product to make sure it does not damage. if the packaging of product is damaged during transit. we will ask for photos and video of the labelled packaging. and we will access the situation. in that situation buyer may have to return product to us at cost of seller. once we received product we will offer refund or exchange. we must receive all the products back or you can contact us what to do?
buyer must check all the items carefully before installation. Please check the product defects before hanging the wallpaper. And must follow installation guide. Once the installation start we are completely not responsible for the refund or exchange.
With any other reason if the buyer and seller agreed to exchange buyer will have to pay 40% expense of total first transaction. example: If buyer bought $100.00 wallpaper and some reason both parties agreed to exchange only buyer will pay restock fees of $100 which is (40%) $40.00 and also will have to to pay for new order
